All-n-One Knitting Loom: Meet the Loom Video
Come loom knit with me!
I had a question recently on the assembly of the CrossOver Wrap (pattern is in the Loom Knitting Scarves, Hats, Bags and More book). It is a tricky one to assemble and I put a little video together, it was a quick little video, nothing fancy. I don’t even have any knitted items to demonstrate the process but I used ribbon to demonstrate.
Hope it helps!

I found this spreadsheet on creating earflap hats on the loom. It has a basic formula where you plug in numbers to create an earflap hat.
The file also has some of the most popular hat numbers in the loom knitting industry along with the earflap width, front gap and back gap.
Enjoy!

Another gorgeous yarn came rolling down my way. Tinseltown yarn. I couldn’t pass it up! It kept taunting me with its fluffy, silvery pleats. I had to have it! I saw it a few weeks ago at my local yarn store and I just couldn’t forget about it. Days will pass and the fluffy pleats kept coming back to my mind. Finally, this weekend I gave up and went and got a couple of skeins. I was not disappointed! I LOVE IT!
If you are a needle knitter, it is pretty simple to use and you can find a few videos online on how to use it. Loom knitters, don’t despair. I’ve got you covered. I have written a pattern and prepared a video for you. Again, this is the way I use the yarn, there are other ways out there so feel free to experiment and find the one you like the most.
I guess most of my patterns from 2005 are hidden in my pattern files somewhere in my old computers. My Boyo was little and he was always my little model and victim to my knitted items. Hope you enjoy this one. If I ever get a chance, I would love to redo this one with a lighter color yarn. I remember that I redid this one for my little girl in a lighter color but I can't find the picture.
Here is another hat that came about from the same design stages, my litle girl is modeling it…they were so little my two little ones. I can't find the pattern for the beige one but I think I can write it out from the picture.
Happy Looming!!!
This is an old pattern…I am talking about 5 years old. Someone asked about it and I had completely forgotten that I had it. It is not in the Free patterns area nor in the blog. I am sticking it in here until I can update the Free Patterns area.
Enjoy!
ps: ignore the fact that I look like a whale.
Quick and super easy. 1 skein of yarn and about 2-3 hours of knitting time. We are talking simple garter stitch. Definitely a project that you can watch tv and not get all confused…unless you grab the wrong strand.
Don't knit with needles? No worries, I've got you covered!
I put together a a video that demonstrates how to use this yarn on a loom.
